Xingyuan Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. entered the sheet metal industry in 2015 and established its manufacturing base in Liji Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou in 2024. Two plants totalling 3000 sqm, all owned, all equipment in-house — no brokering, so lead time, material thickness, surface treatment and pricing can all be verified on site.
In-house production and engineering team: sheet metal workers, welders, assemblers, QC and engineering support
Total area across two plants, owned premises rather than a leased stall or assembly workshop
Fibre laser cutters, CNC press brakes, laser welders, aluminium welders, tapping and riveting equipment
Laser cutting and bending tolerance control, so frame flatness on profile cabinets stays consistent
Standard batch lead time after sample approval
Quality management certification, RoHS compliance, inspection records available
As a Rittal-style cabinet manufacturer, we treat frame strength and surface quality as equally important. All six stages below run in our own workshop.
1.5 kW fibre laser cutting produces clean edges with no secondary grinding, meeting fit requirements for cabinet panels, side plates and rear plates.
CNC brakes with purpose-built tooling control bend angle and springback, keeping door panels flat and gaps consistent after assembly.
Corner and reinforcement welds use laser or TIG, leaving flat weld beads that do not interfere with door locks and hinges after coating.
Nine-fold and sixteen-fold profile frames are built to Rittal dimensions and mounting rail spacing, compatible with standard rails, fans, climate control and PDU accessories.
Steel is degreased and phosphated before electrostatic powder coating, with thickness and adhesion sampled per batch; stainless parts are brushed or passivated.
After locks, hinges and seals are fitted, every unit is inspected for opening, sealing and accessory interfaces, with an inspection record supplied on delivery.
All items below are produced in our own workshop and available as custom drawings.
Nine-fold profile frame compatible with standard Rittal accessories, a widely used domestic alternative, from 600×400 up to 1200×2000 and larger.
Sixteen-fold profile frame with cable routing inside the profile cavity and support for multi-level mounting, rail spacing matching Rittal standards.
Welded PS cabinets and control enclosures for electrical assemblies and equipment packages, with custom cutouts and mounting hardware.
304 stainless for humid, corrosive and food or pharmaceutical environments, passivated after welding.
Outdoor cabinets with waterproof structures, sun roofs and dust-proof air inlets, with protection ratings selected per project.
Sample first, then batch production after approval, with priority scheduling for direct orders — suited to equipment packages and project purchasing.
These points can all be checked directly at the Xingyuan Electric plant in Wujiang.
Measure sheet and profile wall thickness with calipers. A difference between a drawn 1.5 mm and an actual 1.2 mm is amplified after welding.
Cabinets should be degreased and phosphated before powder coating. Directly painted surfaces have poor adhesion and blister or peel over time.
Rail spacing, hinge specification, seal section and lock cutout positions determine whether standard accessories can be fitted later.
A trading intermediary cannot control lead time or process quality. The presence of laser cutters, CNC brakes, welding equipment and a coating line is the basic test of whether a company actually manufactures.
Producing a sample or small trial batch before a large order confirms fit and appearance, and is the most effective way to control project risk.
Verify the business licence scope, ISO 9001 and similar certifications, and request inspection records with delivery.
A manufacturer. The plant is at No.169 Longjing Road, Building C, Liji Town, Wujiang District, Suzhou. The 3000 sqm facility and 20+ machines are owned assets, with laser cutting, CNC bending, welding and powder coating all done in-house.
Yes. The plant in Liji Town is close to central Suzhou, Kunshan and Shanghai. Appointments for sample viewing and factory audits can be arranged — see the contact page.
Yes. We build to Rittal dimensions and profile specifications, compatible with its mounting rails, fans, climate control and PDU accessories, as a domestic alternative with shorter lead times and lower cost.
Standard batch orders take 7-15 days; drawing-based projects go through sample approval first. Large volumes or special finishes are scheduled separately.
19-inch standard cabinets, energy storage enclosures, battery racks, EV charger housings, 5G outdoor cabinets, network cabinets, control desks and consoles, plus non-standard sheet metal parts. See the product centre.
Yes. For batch projects we recommend a sample or small trial first to confirm structural fit, door gaps and surface finish before mass production, which reduces rework risk substantially.
