1. MOQ & lead time
Prototyping starts at 1–5 pieces; small batches are most economical from 50 pieces; thousand-piece volume gives the best unit price. Prototyping is 5–10 working days; mass production is about 15–30 days after first-article approval, depending on process depth and finishing subcontracting. Rush orders can be scheduled after we assess the realistic compression window.
2. Materials & finishing
Common grades are SPCC/SECC/SGCC steels, SUS304/316L stainless, and 5052/6061 aluminum. Indoor powder coating, outdoor galvanized-base + weathering powder, stainless passivation and aluminum anodizing are the four mainstream options; salt-spray hours are the hard selection metric and should be fixed at design stage to avoid late rework.
3. Drawings, tolerance & quoting
Prefer STEP/IGES/DWG/PDF with material, thickness, quantity, finish and tolerance marked. Without 3D files we can reverse-model from 2D drawings or a sample. Hold bending ±0.1mm, CNC ±0.05mm, welded-assembly cumulative ±0.3mm; flag critical fit surfaces separately. The more complete the quote input — especially finish grade and acceptance criteria — the more accurate the price, because they drive the process route.
4. Engagement & delivery
We support build-to-print, build-to-sample and co-design, with NDA for long-term supply. Default packaging is bubble wrap + pearl cotton + carton; export uses fumigated wooden cases with moisture protection. EXW / FOB supported, LCL consolidation available. We treat the first article as a process-validation piece: only after it is confirmed do we scale up, lowering risk for both sides.
5. Quality & certification
We run incoming, in-process and final inspection and can provide material certificates, dimensional reports and RoHS declarations per project. Specific system certifications follow the latest certificates, available on request. For projects needing special-industry access we supply the corresponding process records and traceability files.
