Xingyuan Electric (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. runs its own base in Wujiang, Suzhou. As an EMC cabinet manufacturer we build electromagnetic-compatible (EMC) shielded cabinets and RF cabinets. Through conductive gaskets, filters, honeycomb vents and continuous grounding we achieve high shielding effectiveness for medical, test-measurement, telecom and industrial use.

As a Suzhou cabinet manufacturer, all six processes below are completed in our own workshop — nothing is outsourced.
1.5kW fiber laser cutting leaves clean edges without re-grinding; precision meets the fitting requirements of panels, side plates and rear plates.
CNC press brakes with dedicated tooling control bend angle and springback, ensuring flatness and consistent gaps after assembly.
Corners and reinforcements are laser or argon-arc welded; smooth seams leave no visible bumps after coating and do not affect locks or hinges.
9-fold and 16-fold profile frames are built to standard sizes and rail spacing, compatible with standard rails, fans, thermal control and PDUs.
Steel sheets are degreased, phosphated and powder-coated; adhesion and thickness are sampled per batch; stainless parts are brushed or passivated.
After locks, hinges and gaskets are installed, every unit is inspected for operation, sealing and interfaces; inspection records ship with each order.
When vetting a supplier, verify the following on site — all of them can be seen at our Wujiang factory.
